The Wheeling and Lake Erie (W&LE) Railroad Bridge in the City of Kent will be lowered a maximum of 18 inches to provide the necessary clearance. All work will be completed within CSXT right-of-way. Both crossings may need to be reinforced due to the track lowering to ensure their structural integrity, however no in-stream work will occur.
