The Rock Spring Bridge is located in Charlestown Township, three miles east of Ravenna. The intent is to remove and replace the structure. The Rock Spring Road bridge over Hinckley Creek will also be replaced as part of this work. This bridge is the primary access to West Branch State Park’s Campground. The Park has been notified of the work, and is in support of a modern bridge.
